Why You Should Increase Core Temperature Before Working Out

By far, the best way to lose fat at an accelerated rate is with extremely intense exercise. This is the only way to cause the necessary physical changes that will get you the fastest results.

The good news here is that a solid warm up is a great way to facilitate entering the intense zone.

So, without further ado, here is why you should get your body hotter before intense exercise:

1. Increased strength: Think of strength as the amount of weight you can lift for one repetition. Endurance, on the other hand, is the amount of weight you can lift for many repetitions over a long period of time. And increased body temperature increases your strength.

2. You will be able to work your muscles at higher speeds: It’s not just about how much weight you can lift, but it’s also about how fast you can move the weight. In fact, the best athletes aren’t just strong, they are super fast.

3. Better circulation: Everything in your body relies on circulation. And the more blood you have circulating the better you will be able to push yourself. Recall that blood carries oxygen and sugar to your muscles, the primary ingredients for energy production.

4. More focus: The best way to increase your focus is by increasing your core temperature. You see, levels of alertness and sleepiness are directly related to your body temperature. And if you can focus more in your workout you will perform better.

5. Flexible connective tissue: This is perhaps the most important benefit of increasing body temperature before exercise. You see, connective tissue that is flexible is less likely to become injured. And an injured piece of connective tissues takes a very long time to heal.

Now there are many modalities for getting your body warm before exercise. However, I personally prefer to take a hot shower since it opens up my pores while simultaneously getting my body warm.

Just remember that the most important step here is to take action. After all, the only way to get results is with action!
