Why Giant Sets Are The Catalyst For Intense Muscular Size Increase

The name may sound more than a little menacing, but giant sets are great options for those of you who want to burn excessive fat in a short period of time. As many fitness professionals will tell you, working out is all about quality and not quantity, which means you do not have to slave away for hours in the gym when it's easy to get the same results in one or two minutes by doing giant sets.

What exactly is a giant set?

It's a combo of at least three exercises done consecutively with a rest period of less than a minute between exercises. This is a step up from supersets, wherein you are required to combine just two exercises. There are generally 3 ways for you to do giant sets: for one muscle collection, opposing muscle groupings, or one lower body and one shoulders and chest muscle collection.
