The first rule is to allow yourself one “cheat day” which you can set for yourself depending on your schedule. I personally choose Saturday as this seems to be a busy day where eating healthy is harder.
The second rule is to avoid white carbohydrates. This includes pasta, rice, potatoes, bread and anything else that is white and starchy.
Water:
It is very important to keep your body adequately hydrated. When you drink water it not only helps to suppress your appetite but it keeps your body fluids high which is important to reduce cramping when you are working out.
We all know that putting the weight on is significantly easier than losing it again, so in the end, we want to lose the weight and keep it off.
If you can implement the above four guidelines in to your everyday lifestyle then you will notice significant changes in the way you look, feel and even the way you act.
