Paying Attention To Your Lower Abs Workout

When we do workouts for our abs, we generally work on the abs, which is more up than doing a lower abs workout.

You might wonder why it is so important to do a thorough lower abs workout. -Do perform sit ups; even though it might not contribute to your general abs it will strengthen your lower abs more than crunches do.

-Lift the top half of your body in the air while lying down on the floor.

-Hold on to a bar and lift your legs towards your chest.

-While lying down on your back, have your knees bent but keep your feet flat. Lift your lower body up and hold, release and repeat for a couple of reps.

These exercises can no doubt help strengthen your lower abs, and they are very effective lower abs exercises too! Just make sure that while you are doing these exercises, you can feel your lower abs contracting and stressed.
