Now You Finally Get The Details On Fat Loss
Recently medical and weight loss experts are saying, “Not all fat is created equal.” And, as science would have us now know, fat gained when pregnant will return throughout life if given the chance to do so. Don’t be too alarmed though, there is also a fat which burns calories rather than just add them to itself.
You may have missed the lesson on brown fat in your college health course, but it was there. Brown fat burns calories. Science is all excited about it because once they discover a way to activate the fat burning function in brown fat cells, they hope it can be induced to facilitate healthy weight loss.
Webmd.com recently quoted this news, “But three new studies in the New England Journal of Medicine now show that more than half of adult men and women have enough brown fat in their bodies to burn off substantial amounts of white fat — if the brown fat somehow is stimulated.”
Brown fat turns into muscle and is activated through exercise. In fact, brown fat lies next to the bone and becomes muscle as the body demands build muscle tissue.
The problem for most women and those people gaining a lot of weight sometime during their life or another is that once the body presses past a certain level, the biological system will again go there easier the next time. For most women then after birthing babies the weight doesn’t always go away so easily. Or after some stressful time there goes the baby fat again and the weight goes up to the previous maximum weight gain during pregnancy!
Bodies have biological set points responsible for maintaining human homeostasis. The answer to health given by the experts more times than believed is get out there, start exercising, eat a balanced diet with a minimum of snack foods, and your body will take care of you.
Such advise is not new for doctors have been saying it for what seems like forever. Haven’t you had your doctor tell you to exercise, get plenty of rest, and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables? Most diseases in the United States are said to be lifestyle diseases.
The biological system is an amazing and complex system. It will respond positively to what is good for it and negatively to what is not good for it. Every system is different though all are exceptionally similar. The good news is each individual, by challenging their present best, can usually improve in those areas they desire to improve, maintain a healthy, attractive weight, and gain a positive body outlook on life.
