Lying Triceps Extensions For Toning Your Arms

I have decided to analyze as many arm exercises for women as I can. After all, maybe you are doing the wrong exercises to tone up your arms.

After all, the more time you spend researching, the less time you have for getting toned and sexy arms and time is precious.

Now the main issue here is that there is way too much information out there on how to get rid of arm fat. Some of it’s good, some of it isn’t. And how are you supposed to separate the facts from fiction?

Luckily for you, I’ve spend a large portion of my life finding the chaff. So here is my analysis of lying triceps extensions to tone up female arms:

1. Overview: bodybuilders love this exercise and for good reason: it does a tremendous job at working the triceps. Unfortunately, it has a painful drawback-the potential to cause serious elbow pain.

2. Technique snap shot: grasp an ez bar with an overhand grip and lie on a bench. Keep your arms parallel and pointing straight up. Make sure your back doesn’t bend and slowly lower the bar to your forehead. Return to the starting position.

3. High frequency errors: Not keeping the back straight which can cause serious issues over time. Not keeping the elbows frozen in place. And trying to push through the exercise after the triceps have completely fatigued. This is what can cause massive elbow strain.

4. Bottom line: This is a great exercise to tone the female arm. The main drawbacks are that you have to use very strict form and you really can’t go heavy if you’re lifting by yourself. I would recommend a little experimentation to see how your elbows feel when doing this exercise.

Please don’t waste your time doing flashy and gimmicky exercise that will not tone up your arms. There are so many useless exercises that women are doing day in and day out. And don’t forget that trial and error is essential. An exercise that works for your training partner may not work for you. We all have different anatomical structures. So be patient and keep at it!

One more thing: don’t let this information sit in your head. If you do, you will most likely forget what you have learned.
