How To Optimize Biological Rhythms

Most things on the planet follow some type of time rhythm or circadian rhythm. And your body is no exception, including your fat loss systems.

So, here is how to get your biological clock to help you lose more weight:

1. Eat at the same times week in and week out: Doing this is one of the best things you can do to enhance weight loss. Not only does this provide a sense of control and organization, but it helps your body optimize hormonal outputs.

2. Exercise at the same times week in and week out: Now obviously you will not be able to do this all the time, but strive to do this as much as possible. You see, just like eating at the same time, exercising at the same time allows for the best circadian control.

3. Re-sensitize your caffeine receptors: Heavy intakes of caffeine can increase tolerance to the point where you need to chug massive amounts of coffee for any effect. Unfortunately, this level of intake can disrupt deep sleep, the type of sleep that will burn the most fat off your body.

4. Exert yourself mentally: Mental exertion during the day burns up certain fuels in your brain that will help you achieve a deeper sleep at night. And a deeper sleep will not only help you burn more fat, but it will help you achieve a very robust circadian rhythm.

5. Reduce the size of your final eating: By doing this, you will help accelerate the metabolic slowdown your body goes through as the day progresses. So make sure you reduce caloric intake substantially towards the end of your day.

6. Get some light into your eyes: Light is one of the strongest factors for establishing good circadian rhythms. So getting some light into your eyes first thing in the morning is a great way to further strengthen your circadian rhythms. Even better, it will energize you.

Stronger circadian rhythms will translate into faster fat loss, the research is very clear here. So make sure you take action here sooner rather than later, because later usually never comes!
