How To Build Muscle Fast

Following tips are given by professionals and trainers in body building. They are as follows.

1.HEAVY LOAD WORKOUT : Make sure that the weight one selects for himself should not be light . One at most should be able to do 5 or 6 repetitions with the weight one selects .

2. PROTEIN RICH DIET-After doing High intensity workout , human body’s muscles are torn and damaged,These cells need to be replaced and rebuilt which can only be done through protein in take.Protein can be obtained through protein shakes and other natural protein sources like eggs etc. For every kilogram of your body ,you need 1 to 1.2 grams of protein.

* Protein shake should be taken 1 hour before exercising.

* Remove the yellow inside the eggs , if protein is being taken from boiled eggs .

Make sure that you don’t take more protein than required .

*Also , expert recommend natural protein (eggs etc) for protein source .

3.PROPER SLEEP : As body goes through intense strain in gym , it needs rest too . Rest should be in form of at least 8 hours of sleep .Some believe that muscles are built when in work out in gym . They have been mis-directed . Body grows not in gym but while one is resting .At least 8 hours of sleep is important for every body builder .

4.LESS SUGARS AND CARBOHYDRATES : The secretion of growth hormone is decreased if one takes more sugars and carbohydrates and less protein .

5. ENDURANCE WORKOUT- Endurance workout would not adding any muscle to your body but would only increase your stamina. Workout should be of high intensity. Make sure that in each set there is ,at most ,5 to 6 repetitions . Doing more than 10 repetitions increases stamina and not muscles .
