Getting Ripped the Fast Way
People often make plans but take time to achieve them. A lot of us dream about looking good, getting those six-pack abs and toned body. We get all excited just thinking about it, but few of us really make it happen. Some get started in the gym, but few sustain and see it through. The buff body remains an elusive dream.

It all starts with asking yourself what your goals are and how you intend to go about realizing it. What’s your main motivation? Do you want to just slim down so you could fit into your old jeans? Do you want to lose your flab and have defined muscles? Or do you want a Mr. Olympia-type look? Your answers will determine what type of work-out will fit you and you end goal.
Are you doing it more for your health? Do you want it more to lose weight and increase strength? Or do you want to build muscle so women can admire you while you’re on the beach. Whether a confidence booster or a health improvement, make your motivations clear.
Next is come up with a plan. Find out how much commitment you want to put into it. Are you willing to give up a few minutes a day for a workout? Do you plan to exercise at home, or in a gym? Do you have a gym membership, or plan to buy one?
There is truth in the saying that goes ‘no pain, no gain.’ If you want that toned, muscular body, you also have to adjust your lifestyle and eating habits. Make adjustments in your daily diet and lifestyle. You’ll have to lay off drinking beer and eating pizza and other junk food if you want to get started on having that beach-perfect body.
Improve your diet. Have more lean meats like chicken and turkey so you won’t put on fat muscle. Have more fish in your diet too. Don’t forget to have have some carbohydrates and fat from healthy sources. Slowly do away with sweets like ice cream, cakes and chocolates as this will add fat to your body.
Make your reasons clear for wanting that perfect, beach-body look. Knowing your motivations will help you sustain your workout in your quest for getting that lean, mean body.
