Forever Sleeveless: How To Sculpt Your Arms

No woman enjoys having to hide her arms behind loose clothing or being the center or endless jokes about the appearance of her arms.

Unfortunately, lots of arm-toning hopefuls do not know how to get results.

So here are some tips that will help you get sculpted and sleek arms:

1. Exercise your biceps: Just because your biceps isn’t where arm fat hangs from doesn’t mean you shouldn’t exercise them. After all, your biceps is the first group of muscles that someone will see from the front. For the best look, you need to tone them as well.

2. Exercise your triceps: This should be a no brainer since arm fat hangs from your triceps area. So toning your triceps will make the underlying muscle toned and tight. Just make sure you exercise all the different parts of your triceps.

3. Tone your deltoid muscles: Your deltoids, or shoulders, are critical when it comes to how your arms look. If you don’t exercise them correctly your arms won’t look their best. Even better, when you work your shoulders your triceps will also get toned.

4. Focus on total body movements if you have a lot of weight to lose: If you are carrying a high amount of body fat, you have to use total body movements for the best results here. The total body movements will help you burn more calories and by extension, body fat.

5. Include low intensity cardio: Just because high intensity cardio burns more calories doesn’t mean you should do it all the time. You see, doing too much high intensity cardiovascular exercise can interfere with your resistance training.

6. Make your workouts short and hard: Having shorter, but higher intensity workouts will get you the best results possible here. You see, said workouts will help you burn the most calories while simultaneously making your body secrete the most hormones.

If you want to remain sleeveless, you don’t have to go on a crazy diet or do a weird exercise routine. Just follow the tips above and you will be well on your way.
