Do it because you like it.

There’s no reason to make exercise or fitness into a difficult task in your life. Take small steps each day; no need to burn down the barn and impress everyone. You will find that your chances of success are much higher if you take baby steps and, most importantly, form new daily habits that include daily activity such as exercise.
