Do Nothing to Explode Your Muscle Growth
If you want to lose any progress that you have made working out in the gym, then simply overwork yourself and don’t get enough rest. The typical person that is working on building muscle will hit the gym five or six times per week, usually targeting a different muscle each day. For example, they will work legs and back on Monday, shoulders on Tuesday, chest and triceps on Wednesday, etc. Little do they know that they are shooting themselves in the foot, so to speak.
